Cyber bullying is when you bully someone on internet, or the phone, etc. Cyber bullying can really hurt someone and sometimes that person doesn't even know that their cyber bullying. So if someone is cyber bullying you make sure you tell someone you can trust and make sure you save what that person sent to you, so there will not be a problem anymore.
